Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the IoT platform and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by OmniWOT Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“OmniWOT”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Service.

2. Scope of Service

OmniWOT provides a cloud-based, multi-protocol IoT platform supporting communication standards including LoRaWAN, Zigbee, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and others. The platform allows users to connect, monitor, and manage IoT devices, view analytics, and integrate with third-party systems.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

Certain features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and billing terms will be outlined in your service agreement or on our website. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your access.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property rights related to the Service are owned by OmniWOT or our licensors. You may not use our branding or code without prior written consent.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to ensure uptime and reliability, OmniWOT does not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, upgrades, or technical issues without prior notice.

9. Third-Party Integrations

The platform may offer integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of such services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, OmniWOT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service (e.g. lost profits, business interruption).

Your Liability: You are liable for any damage or costs caused by misuse of our services under your account.

You agree to indemnify and hold OmniWOT harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

We are not responsible for service delays or failures due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, wars, strikes, government actions, power outages, or cyberattacks.

16.⁠ ⁠Billing & Payments

Payment Terms: Paid services require a valid payment method or purchase order. Charges will be processed as per the agreed billing cycle.

Defaults & Collections: Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or termination of services. We may refer overdue accounts to a collections agency, and you will be liable for any additional costs.
